Carver's End

There was a massive fire in Wolverhampton today at a builders merchants called Carvers. As I was driving home there was a distinctive smell of burning in the air and the mist had an unusual hue to it.

I stopped to take shot of the sky with the windmill in the foreground. You can actually see clouds of smoke in the upper part of the scene.

HDR treatment, the image appears to have received additional saturation on uploading to Blipfoto (must check colour space).
