Robin Caruso

After all the travelling rounded up with dinner and a disco yesterday it was a tiny bit difficult to leave the bed this morning, however the cooked breakfast and half a gallon of coffee helped. We went for a walk in the nature reserve - read: marsh - next to Caerlaverock Castle. Lucky it was not raining as in that case we would have surely disappeared in the mud. We weren't far from that even on a dry - "dry" - day.

This little robin was singing all his heart out when we were passing. Probably tried to raise our attention to distruct us so that we won't find his nest.
