White fields

No, it hasn't snowed again. It is that plastic time of the year again. One wonders how many oil wells have had to be sunk to cover the fields of Lincolnshire with bubble wrap. But warming the ground will bring on the crop earlier and provide a better market price and satisfy those of us who can't wait until the season is right for the vegetable of our choice. In sunshine the fields look as if they have been flooded but that is possibly the subject for another blip.
