pace

i knew i was going to hit the ground running when i got back to zambia and i'm so excited about the new pace of school mission life after a largely frustrating year in 2011.

today we had more meetings with head teachers and educational innovators as well as a wonderful time with the pupils at kansenshi high school. more amazing people seem to keep walking into our path which is really exciting! i love working with matthews especially when he steals the basketball from the kids to show them how it's done and then tells head teachers about my love of 'donchi kubeba'! it's such a refreshing change!

fortunately though, i still get time in the evening to read / process / journal.....especially as my housemate is mostly AWOL this week. in her absence i'm drinking her coffee!
