Waste not want not

Although Phnom Penh's infrastructure is extremely basic, and official recycling facilities are years away, sights like this cheer me. I don't know how exactly the people that go around collecting plastic, metal and card make money from it, but they do, and it's a credit to how resourceful people can be.
