Zumba mania

Idyllic few days in the Cotswolds. Sounds a bit overboard but everywhere there are breathtaking views and a glimpse of one of the stone cottages makes you make it your life's aim to live in one. If you have never been to Blockley near Moreton-in-Marsh, do it. And pop in to the information office in Moreton while you're there to speak to the wonderful blonde lady behind the counter. She likes liquorice.

Even in the depths of the Cotswolds, zumba mania prevails. I haven't tried it, partly because I think I would be the only boy in the class, but it's a dance craze sweeping the nation.

The best thing about the Cotswolds trip (apart from the wonderful company) were the hills. Welcome respite from the barren lands of the fens.
