The Secret Life of the Fridge

Miss E insisted on cooking when she got in from school. At 5pm I couldn't really be bothered to start emptying biscuit mix into a bowl and adding water and butter baking so I surreptiously planted the idea of jelly into her head. She jumped at it and we spent a pleasant 5 minutes mixing and pouring.
When I opened the fridge later on I was struck by the beautiful colour and the lovely red light. Pretty jelly!!!
Miss E is looking forward to eating it tomorow with banilla ice cream which is apparently her favourite.
