E is for .....

Well it's obvious really isn't it? The toe remains strapped up but I will need to replace the strapping when I have a shower so had to go out and buy some.

The co-codamol certainly helped with the sleep last night and I've been pretty spaced out all day. The toe is fine as long as I keep it elevated as much as possible and don't knock it.

1m unstretched eh? I wonder how long it gets when stretched?
