His collaborations with Dave Edmunds as Rockpile and many others, too numerous to mention.

He has a new cd out 'The Old Magic' and is currently touring Europe to promote it.

A genuinely nice guy, he said that this was his first visit to The Queens Hall in almost 15 years.
Although he was in Edinburgh just a couple of years ago, when he performed with Ry Cooder at the Festival Theatre.

He finished of the show with an acoustic version of Elvis Costello favourite 'Alison'
