Sunday In The Park

Please forgive me for not keeping up with your journals over the past few days. I certainly didn't mean to give you my backside! xo

I found this Leucistic goose in Minowski Park this afternoon and boy, was she ever a character! She stood on one leg while she stretched her wing, turned to look at me, grazed the grass, groomed her foot, pooped, swam for 30 seconds, shook off the droplets, and repeated the sequence above. She also decided she had an itch, so she scratched her neck five times.

When I returned home, I had a visit with Wonder, the Leucistic sparrow. I haven't seen him since I blipped him on January 5th so I felt doubly blessed.
