Today, I woke up early and felt very excited to be here and ready to go out exploring again after almost a week off. After lunch we headed out and over to the Royal mile and on to Greyfriars Kirkyard to explore all the old graves, then we went through the meadows and I saw the whale jaw bones and then we walked back through campus and went to the old college and then to Spoon for cake!

After that it was homeward. A six mile day. Left over Chinese food followed and I had my Irn Bru with dinner... Strange stuff, smells a bit like bubblegum and reminds me of a drink I never liked much as a child, but I drank it anyway. :)

It gave me the strength to go through all my photographs of the day.
