What the doctor ordered

We got home this afternoon to find this large tub of oranges on the doorstep.
Our Spanish landlady had heard that my wife was feeling under the weather, so a good helping of vitamin C was the answer.
Mind you, there are nearly 50 oranges, and only two of us.
