Kedgeree of smoked salmon and Quail eggs

Kedgeree of smoked salmon and Quail eggs with venus rice,
I like this because it's a bit Cheffy with the minature eggs and balck rice.
But peeling quail eggs is a bit of a faff so I wouldn't want to have to do a lot of them.
