Battered, Frayed and Stained

These are some of my Whites from my cooking days.
It's been more than four years since I last worked in a professional kitchen. Even now there are moments when I'd give almost anything to back in my pastry corner baking breads, cakes and pastries.
I still have a couple of my 'dress' jackets hanging in my wardrobe...
