Happy Days ;)

Today was Cake Day at work, it was supposed to be Cake Week but as it's Friday and I won't be around next week to enjoy all the sweet treats, it's technically just one day for me.

Oh and what a glorious day it was.

Hillary made a gorgeous pink marble cake ring (which I stil have a piece of here to enjoy later).

Claire brought in the biggest tin of biscuits I'd ever seen (of which I also have 2 piceces of to enjoy with my tea ;)

And if that wasn't enough, Alex was gifted a box of Crispy Cremes to add to the mix.....needless to say, I tried them all and have added my fair share of funds to the charity pot!

But, the happy day doesn't end there.....no it doesn't!

I got to leave early from work, with a belly full of cake, to head off to a Sushi making class, with Makiko Sano, the genius behind the lovely Suzu restaurant!

KC and I were treated to a one to one course in making Maki rolls, melt in the mouth Salmon Nigiri and inside out avocado rolls.....she was so welcoming and friendly, and I great teacher, I don't think we wanted to leave. But when we did, we left with doggy bags!

Now I am sat here with all my delicious treats from the day, deciding which to eat first ;)
