Stretch!

In this photo I can see where Loren got his soccer nickname, "Stretch", from. Look at that long leg....go go Gadget leg!

We spent today at the hospital with Gary Sr. It was his surgery day. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer 2 1/2 months ago and they went in today to remove it. We're praying they were able to get it all in the surgery and that the lymph nodes they sent away to be tested come back cancer-free. That will determine whether further treatment (chemo or radiation) will be necessary. Doctor felt pretty confident that all went well and was happy that he suffered very little blood loss during surgery as well.
