Took it upon myself to become personal shopper to Chris who has just one pair of trousers (and is perfectly happy with the situation). I may well have doubled this number by the end of the week. This led me into the ladieswear department and I ended up with a dress for me too. What a shame :-) Thus, the hastily snapped view in the changing room.

Gorgeous things are happening in the garden on a daily basis, it's a bit like a year long advent calendar in 3D. No more fatalities to report this morning. I have removed my winter aconite from the earth and am now cherishing this 5mm tall bud in its own plant pot on a ledge. Vaguely ridiculous, but fun!
