Birthday Girl

Es is eleven today...numerous birthday shots taken but thought this one makes her look quite grown up.

Left work a wee bit early to get home for the birthday tea...birthday person always gets to choose the birthday tea...Es wanted:

Melon with a raspberry coulis
Mr R's Lasagne
Cranachan

...washed down with some sparkling Schloer.

We did all of that bar the Cranachan...I love it but dessert then birthday cake is a wee bit OTT... that said we did then help her demolish a box of Maltesers she received.

Finished off the evening watching The Brit Awards with her...first year she has wanted to watch that...now that's a sign that she is growing up...and Mr R and my reaction to The Brits is a sign that we are growing old;-)
