2012 challenge - Glass

My best friend gifted me with this blue glass hurricane candle lamp in April 1970.  
It has a small cracked chip on the lip of the inner candleholder resulting from letting the candle burn down too low.
The green felt circles are to keep the glass sections from rattling.
