In Training

Rach has asked to do the Race For Life this year, this morning was our first run together.
It was blowing a gale on the front at New Brighton but she did really well with a mile in 13 mins. I think we have until May or June to get upto the 3.2 miles.

Finished my house work and dropped Rach off at Gym at 2pm took Chris for a run in the car then picked Rach up and went for our last day of the hols tea at the Harvester.

Looking forward to tomorrow as I am going to an International Autism Conference in Liverpool. All the top people from across Europe are talking and a Mum of 5 all on the Spectrum, should be a good day.
