Moomin

And so, after the obligatory (for me) delayed flight (they had run out of de-icer), we arrived back in Helsinki last night where it was windy and snowing and one of the flight attendants said a storm was coming. This morning there had been quite a dump of new snow and the wind was still blowing. Today's flight was delayed as well (I'm not sure why) and they had to tip sand under the wheels of the plane to enable it to take off.

So, it's goodbye to the land of the Moomin. I used to watch the dubbed English version as a child so I've enjoyed seeing them all over the place this past week.

All that remains is to thank Clare, Juhani and the kids for a really wonderful week in their amazing country and for their excellent hospitality :)
