In the mood for love, again (Netsuke series #2)

This is the same couple from the other day, only from a different angle. The more I look at it, the more I marvel at the intricacy of the carving.

This ivory figurine is less than 3 cm (just over an inch) tall. It was very tricky to photograph using only natural light and without a macro lens.
