Playdate

We had a playdate at EICA with a friend, her little boy who is the same age as H, and her 3 week old baby. The soft play was full and there was a waiting list due to it being half term, but they have a play room open during the school holidays so we went to that instead as the waiting list was shorter! I think H would have preferred the soft play, but she had fun nonetheless on the bouncy castle, playing on the indoor slides and the various toys scattered around the room.

After that we had a lovely lunch before heading home for an afternoon of painting, which whilst fun for H is definitely stressful for me! H gets super excited though and fails miserably to avoid "finger painting" and stick to the brushes. The mess isn't too bad but it needs constant supervision!
