Changing directions

Headed off along one of the routes I've only tried once before. Wasn't quite sure how to turn it into a circular walk so ended up retracing my steps. Must investigate a few more lunchtime routes.

The birds were singing very loudly. Spotted the redwings again and at least two sightings of a kite.

Book group in the evening - good crowd, good book and interesting discussion about 419 scams.

I liked the old fashioned footpath sign in the photo. You can also see one of the least productive wind turbines in the country in the background (wind turbines).
