Sculpting the Ood

Inspired by a conversation with the freshly retired David Driver this morning I decided to check out the Dr Who event at Earl's Court.

David is the unsurpassable Head of Design at The Times. So unsurpassable in fact that they are hiring him back as a consultant in September. So just enough time to catch up on his lieu days :-)

David is a big Dr Who fan from his days at the BBC, me, well I'm a sucker for David Tennant and any rubber monsters after my days of making horror movies in the eighties.

This is a mostly completed Ood (Russell T Davies started with the word odd and went from there), part of an exhibition showing how they sculpt new creatures.
