At the Fish Van

On Friday every week the Fish Van arrives from Buckie on the east coast.
It is full of lovely fresh fish, Haddock, Cod, Salmon, sometimes Trout, Dressed Crab, Beautiful farm eggs and today a special treat of Langustines, or Dublin Bay Prawns as we used to call them years ago before Scotland sold most of their catches to Spain, Portugal and France!
The fish and eggs are so much fresher than what can be bought in the supermarkets and a lot cheaper too.
That's my rant for today!!!
