School night vino

One of the great things about walking to work is that it gives you a chance to think about the day ahead, get your head into some kind of order and it's such a pleasure to see the city's working life starting to happen. The shops dealing with their first customers and setting out their stall for the rest of the day.

It also means that you can have a pasta dinner and a glass of wine on school night - farfalle and roasted veg.

I try not to get to fixated about walking, which I can easily do, but it's such a pleasure to be part of city and see all the details of daily life.

Tomorrow I'll vary the route through the park and see what's happening there.
