On the farm

As we were passing, the farm workers were busy loading slurry on to the wagon to be spread in the fields before planting. I wish you could smell it; on second thoughts perhaps not, as I want to keep my friends.

A dull morning, and wet at times, but the late afternoon has turned out to be beautifully sunny, casting a nice golden haze over everything. Unfortunately my photo was taken before the sun came out, but I like it well enough to post it anyhow.
