Schoenstatt

Went walking today over in the Campsies. Before beginning our walk from Clachan of Campsie, we had a walk through Schoenstatt, which means 'Beautiful Place', and is a Retreat. The photograph I have taken is of the little chapel in the grounds, which is very beautiful.

We walked along the old disused railway line to Kirkhouse. The weather was beautiful, sunny and springlike, if a little chilly. A really lovely day out.

Now heading over to stay with the children overnight, as G is down in Solihull on business. Never a dull moment!
