What the tide delivered....

....and on closer inspection it is particles of sea weed (phew, thankfully). The currents must have been angry out there. Liked the patterns created and the white colour is the salt sediment.

Doug and I went walking at 8amon Caroline Bay this morning, more grey skies but not overly cold. I thought it may have helped my back and at the time it was OK, but now I am stiff and sore, spending time on the floor doing my exercises.

My eye is improving - thats a huge relief the pain was awful.

Out tonight - our club is running a Macro Workshop....might learn something!
