BlipaEwan 49...

This is my monthly track of my children as they grow to see how they change as time goes by. I take the same photo in the same place each 1st and 15th of each month along with a wee diary of what has happened and how life has progressed for each of them. Bethany on the 1st and Ewan on the 15th. It is quite remarkable and is accentuated by the 1 year ago thumbnail down in the bottom right.

This is the spiderman costume that Ewan got from his Granny C for his birthday. He loves it and if there is ever any fancy dressing up playing to be done, he's kitted out in this.

We had Ewan's first transition meeting this month. The transition meetings are for the school to let the parents know the ins and outs of primary one and how the transition from nursery to school is made. Ewan went down to this with his mum and sat very patiently and quietly.

The bike riding is going brilliant apart from the size of the bike. I like him to have brakes so he can control his speed which he is very good at. The problem is that the big bike has really good brakes but is a bit on the big side for him. The bike that is about the right size for him doesn't have working brakes. His stopping is rather funky. He pulls the brake to slow himself down and then when he is just about to stop and topple, he jumps off the pedals and lands two feet on the ground to one side of the bike.
