Gen's Hand
I took out my camera at the office at lunchtime today, and Gen asked me about my LX3. She's interested in upgrading to a camera that is capable of more than what a simple point-and-shoot can do, and I showed her how you can play around with depth of field using the manual settings on my Lumix.
Incidentally, today is my last day at work - I'm starting in a new job next Monday. No more pictures here of the 45 bus in the morning. My commute will take just 15 minutes by subway instead of 50, and come April I will be cycling to the office (humming a cheerful tune, no doubt).
Thanks Gen! It has been a great pleasure working with you. I look forward to seeing your pictures with a new camera on your future blog here...
