Growing wheatgrass: Day 7, lid off

No stopping them now!

They are this pale colour because they've been under cover. When they get to about two inches high i.e. today, I will leave them uncovered and by the window so they get as much daylight as possible.

Next up: watch the grass turn green as green can be (for February).
