Pantry, fridge, freezer dinner

Tonight we had what I call a "pantry" dinner except most of it came from the fridge and freezer. Its where you haven't planned anything and you don't go to the supermarket, you just put something together from what you have!

We had salad, fish fillets and crumbed mushrooms. It was quite nice considering.

As I sit here, I can hear the music from the DVD of of "Zorba the Greek" - an early Valentine's present for Dave, $9.99 from The Warehouse. He loves that movie, wonder what Anton will think?
