An Optomistic Outlook: Inkerman Street

Today is St Kilda Festival and in the true tradition of Melbourne, it has been hot, then rained, been sunny, and lets not forget thunder and lightening to top it off. Still everyone seems happy and we are working on the logic there is no such thing as bad weather just the wrong clothes. A torrential downpour left me wondering if I would find a blip (or part thereof since I don't seem to take photos of whole things...) then I walked around a corner and there it was: A vibrant multicoloured brick wall - every home should have one! Weird thing is, there is vandalism all round this area but nobody has touched this wall - maybe they are optomists too!
