Bear Cake

Today was my 2nd booked day for cake decorating. After my introduction course in December, I was a little dubious and quite frankly petrified to give this one a go. But it was most enjoyable, Paul again was a very good teacher, making sure what you were doing was correct and re-assured me when I was quaking in my boots whilst carving the cake!

So here is my teddy bear, I did the ears the wrong way round, but never mind, i'll know for next time! First time piping ever as well! Took ages, but well worth the effort. Really enjoyed it and we finished early which was a bonus.
