Beyond the Tea Station

A chip off the old block

When we were kids and my Mum wasn't there to make dinner it was up to my Dad to provide the nightly meal and his speciality was tuna pasta, once I was sure he made Shepherds Pie and also a Victoria Sponge, which I kept stealing the icing from. But tuna pasta was a firm favourite, destined to go down well and keep hungry children happy.

So tonight when we were seriously needing to take ourselves down to Asda, but couldn't be bothered after a long day of working, I managed to pull together a firm favourite, destined to go down well with me and hubby.
