Kingsbridge Quay with the tide in!

First proper visit to the gym for months! Have just under 4 months to go until the 40 deadline! Am determined that I will not be the weight or size I am now and to be in control!

A delux hot chocolate to warm me up after a meander up and down Fore St.

The Egret (that couldn't be captured as the batteries were dead) catching its lunch whilst the tide was out.
