A busy Saturday

I left Jack in bed next to his mum as I went out for a 16 mile run this morning. When I returned, Jack stared intently as I eat some toast so we gave him a piece which he sucked.

Later on we went swimming and Jack had his first experience of his head going underwater which he took in his customary stride.
