Friday night stress

We should be relaxing instead it's been a nightmare on the phones.

We cancelled our buildings and contents insurance with AA as Admiral quoted a cheaper price. However when reading the details, Admiral listed loads of incorrect information and then wanted £20 to cancel. We tried to reinstate with AA and they wanted an additional £13 a month just 15 minutes after cancelling. After some tough negotiation they relented. Here is Jayne calling Admiral to try and stop the £20 charge.
