Sprouting wheatgrass: Day 2

Sitting pretty on top of a tray layered with compost now.

I'll cover the seeds with another tray to keep them in the dark for a few days. They only need to be kept moist so a spray of water daily is all that's required.

It does take slightly longer for seeds to get going if the temperature is cooler, but they still co-operate if you keep them warm indoors. Top of the dehydrator is a great place - if you happen to be using it. Top of radiator is too harsh.
