B is for.......Bike

A couple of weeks ago a letter came home from school saying that eldest daughter's class would start biking in their Thursday sport lesson from February 9th. At the time the letter came home we had blue skies and sunshine and mild, almost warm, weather.

This morning when we got the bike out of the garage we also had blue skies and the promise of sunshine, but it was -12°c. Not even that though could dampen the atmosphere once we got to school.....the whole class pitching up with their bikes - you could almost feel how excited they all were!!
