Release the Kraken!
The healthy eating ain't gonnae shift the weight all on its own (well it is, but not quick enough) and it won't tone me up, sooo.. I went for a swim for three quarters of an hour.
Forty odd laps later, whilst stood in the shower I remembered what lactic acid build up makes your muscles feel like. Ha ha! Just as well the endorphins worked as well and a pleasant buzz was achieved.
Early start to visit a lake tomorrow for work. I'm expecting no aches whatsoever for as we all know the DOMS kicks in on the second morning; by which time I'll have been for a bike ride and another swim and so have put it off until the muscles are back into the swing of things.
I reckon....
