A Stroll in the Park

Today I was very adventurous. It's about a month since I led a walk for the Get Walking, Keep Walking volunteers. The following day I went into hospital. Today was the next walk, and although I wasn't up to joining them for the walk, I worked out that I could meet up with them for lunch. The venue for that was Norfolk Heritage Park in Sheffield, so Pete and I took a tram and a short walk. It was trickier than I had anticipated as the paths were still icy in places, but it was a great feeling as I'd never imagined I'd be able to meet up with them so soon. If you look closely, you can see the volunteers disappearing into the distance as they went off to complete their walk.
Feeling pretty tired now, but very pleased with myself!
