Windmills of your mind

Temperature this morning when we stepped out was -13 but what a beautiful day!!! The trees were encrusted with snow crystals and the sky was forget-me-not blue. It was so good to be out in and part of the beautiful Dutch landscape, we did so much during the course of the day. In the morning we were choosing furniture for the set of the next production that is in rehearsal. Then a drive around with many photo opportunities before going on to The Hague for lunch.
This windmill is The Salamander and it stands by the Vliet which is the largest canal in this area. It is a working mill and saws the timber which is transported by canal throughout the year.
