Eat more chicken ...

I can't, for the life of me, work out what this shop window means.
Perhaps the cows want us to eat more chicken instead of beef?
The writing at the bottom left said, "Pull the udder one".
Whatever the meaning, a lot of work went into it and it was occasioning quite a few comments.
I didn't see many customers enter the (quite pricey) shop, though.
