all traces gone

I think I blipped this building some time ago when there was more of it. It was probably an old knitwear factory that stood alongside the church, giving gainful employment to hundreds of men and women.
Over the years knitwear and hosiery has been moved abroad and all the factories have now been demolished or turned into very expensive loft appartments.
I don`t know why this hasn`t been completely flattened, but it`s a sad reminder of what Leicester was once famous for.
