Hole 2

Second hole done. Enjoyed this one, but annoyed I didn't lay the shingles straight. Loads of roofing sealant everywhere though. Really need to be a bit more careful with that stuff.

Rather enjoying roofing at the moment.

Final hole tomorrow, which could well be a 2 day job as I want to fit a roof vent fan into the gable, which will mean running the leccy cables as well. I've decided that since running a fan in the loft for the last 3 days, it's become a much less humid place, and has definitely made the roof decking less pliable than it was last week. So I think a full time temperature controlled roof fan is the way to go. Remember, this is winter even if it is 20C at the moment, so imagine how hot and humid it gets during the summer when temperatures are the other side of 35C!
