Repair or Replace??!!!

Ah the genius of O2 (isn't that their current market slogan), obviously the word hasn't got round to the member of staff at their insurance department I dealt with today

After describing my poor phones accident to him (being run over on numerous occassions by vechiles), they could send a new phone until they could assess the damage (I should have sent this photo)

Apart from that, a very dull day. Did have a very nice cup cake though!!
