the beasts are back in town

There is no doubt these holes show who is responsible for the undermining of my allotment shed. Buggers. Couldn't they have chosen a plank a little higher up than the foundation corner to make their dinner from?

I seem to give off some vibe or aura that attracts small creatures to me, no matter the continent I am on or preventative protection I have taken. Is it karmic? Was i really bad Bhuddist or pest exterminator in a previous incarnation, or do I somehow provide the perfect habitat for mosquitoes, moths, ants, ticks, scorpions, and now woodworm?

In my attempts to rid myself of this attraction I am I making it worse for myself in future live? Should I actually believe in a reincarnation?

I have yet to find a redeeming feature for clothes moths...if anyone can tell me the essential role they play in the ecosystem I would gladly assess the information and try to be more forgiving, but as far as I can see they just eat all my favourite things and contribute nothing in return.
